ASSIUT UNIVERSITY BULLETIN FOR ENVIRONMENTAL RESEARCHES,

1-Is issued twice a year. The first issue is in March and the second is in October. The dead time for acceptance of research articles to be published in March is  the 31st of December, and those to be published in October is the 30th of June.

2-The bulletin accepts high quality original research articles which are of direct relation to environment and environmental impacts. Manuscripts should be Submitted in triplicate .

3-The field of specialization should be mentioned for papers classification.

4-The language of the bulletin is English; however, a limited space will be allowed for a number of articles written in Arabic .

5-The typescripts should show the author(s) surnames and initials, at the top of the text, followed by the institute or lab. where the work has been done. The manuscript should Indicate the name of the author to whom the final proof is to be sent.

6-Contributions, which will be subject to scrutiny by independent referees and editorial revision, should normally be not longer than the equivalent of 20 pages, including tables, Illustrations and references list, preceded with a 100-300 words , abstract and an Arabic Summary on a separate sheet.

7-Articles should be typewritten double-spaced on one side of the paper only.

8-References are to be numbered consecutively in order of appearance in the text and should be collected together as a list at the end of the manuscript . Punctuation and arrangements for a periodical reference will be as follows :

9-Tables with descriptive titles should be submitted on separate pages, one for each table .

10-Figures should be submitted ready for reproduction.

11-Symbols, units and equations should be consistent with the recommendations of IUPAP.

12-All papers are scrutinized by referees in the Environmental Fields.

13-Publication Cost: For Assiut University authors, the charge for each manuscript is 200 E.P., and 20 E.P. for each page, authors outside Assiut University, the charge is 300 L.E. for each manuscript and 30 L.E. for each page, Manuscripts for authors from abroad cost 50 $. and 5 $ . for each page.

14- The total cost of the manuscript publication can be paid cash in the center or Bank transfer to account No. 8/1381 at the National bank of Egypt, (Assiut University Branch).

15-Authors will get 10 reprints free of charge. If extra reprints are needed 50 E.P. is required for 10 reprints.
